What a delightful experience to talk fiddles and share the unusual journey of violinmaker Carleen Hutchins in the round in the community space at the far end of Scuppernong Books, the award-winning coffee-wine-gourmet food indie bookstore that has continued to carve out its niche in downtown Greensboro, NC. An added bonus to be welcomed and introduced by bassist Rachel York, of the Difficulties trio that includes bari sax/chamber music rock star Mark Engebretson and wordsmith Brian Lampkin.
